Terms of Service
- In order to maintain freshness, our desserts and cakes are prepared in small batches everyday. Availability may differ upon demands and orders for each day.
- No outside food and drinks are permitted within Limóne
- We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, debit, credit, QR pay and Grab Pay
- Limóne will not be responsible for any damage to food and drink orders beyond the point of pick up
- Pre-order is available for takeaway. Please call +60123733743 or Whatsapp at least 2 hours before if you wish to pre-order.
- There will be an additional charge for takeaway packaging of hot meals
- We guarantee the freshness and quality of our cakes until the point of pick up - Limóne will not be liable for any damages to cake orders beyond the point of collection.
- Additional charges for our delivery service are dependant upon location
- For self pick-up orders, we advise that cakes are transported via car, not bike, in order to minimise risk of damage.
- All cakes should be refrigerated upon the point of collection to preserve freshness and quality.
- Cake orders made through this site cannot be refunded 24 hours after the order has been placed.
- We need a minimum of 36 hours to prepare your cake order, so please place your order within the appropriate time frame.
- If you wish to make a modification to your cake order, please do so at least 48 hours before pick up. These will be subject to availability and may differ between cake orders.
